Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end service and project coordination, from initiation to closure.

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients; understand project requirements, address queries, and ensure timely updates.

 Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, sales) to align deliverables with client expectations.  Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

 Schedule and facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.

 Assist in resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

 Maintain accurate project and service records in relevant systems/tools.

 Support the service delivery team in planning and resource allocation.


Key Requirements:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, service coordination, or client-facing roles.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams.

 Ability to understand project requirements and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
