Manage end-to-end service and project coordination, from initiation to closure.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients; understand project requirements, address queries, and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, sales) to align deliverables with client expectations. Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Assist in resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate project and service records in relevant systems/tools.
Support the service delivery team in planning and resource allocation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, service coordination, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams.
Ability to understand project requirements and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
