As a Visa Processing Executive, your role involves handling various responsibilities related to visa processing and customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Scrutinizing and collecting documents for visa applications - Handling customer queries in person, via email, or over the telephone - Managing cash and bank transactions with 100% accuracy - Recording and maintaining application data with zero errors - Coordinating the administration and logistics of passport delivery - Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and manuals - Informing applicants about Value Added Services and facilitating their delivery - Encouraging feedback from applicants to enhance service experience - Completing the entire process within the mandated Turn Around Time - Assisting in the execution of the WB Project - Promoting judicious use of natural resources - Adhering to the organization's environmental health and safety policies and guidelines In addition to the job responsibilities, the company focuses on the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism sectors.,
