Service Consultant

You will be joining a Royal Enfield motorcycle dealership located at Alampur, Howrah as a workshop service advisor. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting and greeting customers - Conducting test rides on motorcycles and preparing repair estimates - Managing the job card opening process - Explaining the work done and providing invoice breakup during vehicle delivery - Presenting sales pitches for Value Added Services - Collecting and securing customer feedback Candidates with previous experience in the automobile industry are preferred. Individuals residing within 5 kilometers of the office or possessing their own means of transportation are encouraged to apply. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred - Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service and dealership is preferred You will be offered benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
