Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Cashier located in Noida. The Service Cashier will be responsible for handling financial transactions at the hospital, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records. Other tasks include assisting patients with billing queries, ensuring proper documentation, and providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Strong customer service skills and ability to assist patients with billing queries
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and issuing receipts
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
• Previous experience as a cashier in a healthcare setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in accounting or finance is beneficial
