Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Superintendent in Kanpur. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations, managing medical staff, coordinating patient care, and improving the quality of healthcare services. Key tasks include conducting regular staff meetings, monitoring the efficiency of clinical practices, addressing patient grievances, and working closely with other department heads to implement healthcare strategies. Qualifications Leadership and Management skills: Proven experience in managing medical staff and overseeing hospital operations Medical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of medical standards, practices, and regulatory compliance Communication and Interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with medical staff, patients, and stakeholders Problem-solving and Decision-making: Ability to address patient grievances and make informed decisions to improve healthcare services Relevant Qualifications: Medical degree (MBBS, MD/MS, or equivalent), with additional certifications or degrees in Hospital Management or Healthcare Administration preferred Experience in a similar role, particularly in a large healthcare institution
