Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer or Calibration Engineer with solid experience in servicing, maintenance, and calibration of process instruments and field automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in instrumentation related to flow, level, and pressure measurement systems, along with exposure to water distribution projects, pipeline erection, and PLC-based automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process instruments including flow meters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, and control valves.
Execute installation, configuration, and field hookup of instrumentation systems in industrial and water distribution projects.
Carry out pipeline erection supervision and ensure proper integration of field instruments with control systems.
Conduct calibration activities for flow, level, and pressure instruments, maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Support PLC automation integration and ensure seamless operation of field devices with control panels.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, calibration records, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project execution and after-sales service support.
Required Skills
Strong technical knowledge of process instrumentation and field automation.
Hands-on experience in valve servicing, instrument calibration, and PLC systems.
Good understanding of water distribution systems and industrial pipelines.
Ability to read and interpret instrumentation diagrams and wiring schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Educational Qualifications
ITI, Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Telecommunication
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and servicing work.
Preference for candidates outside Chennai is preffered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
