Job Description

As a Service Head, you will be responsible for managing the service department, handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Your main duties will include providing excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the service team. It is essential to maintain a good understanding of industry standards, company products, and services. Key Responsibilities: - Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor project progress, and manage team members to achieve objectives and sales goals. - Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Assist with administrative tasks such as managing invoices, processing orders, and tracking inventory. - Establish and manage a service desk, evaluating its efficiency and resolving any issues to enhance productivity and customer service. - Monitor departmental issues and client complaints to implement solutions and minimize recurring problems. - Audit work and customer service to uphold high standards and meet efficiency and productivity goals. - Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives. - Assist in training new employees on company procedures. - Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and innovations to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field. - Previous experience in sales and management is beneficial. - Strong industry knowledge. - Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in computer usage and organizational abilities. - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
