Are you an experienced professional in industrial construction with a knack for precision? We're seeking a skilled Cooling Tower Erection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient assembly and installation of cooling towers at various industrial sites. Responsibilities: Lead and execute the complete erection process of cooling towers, including structural components, fill media, drift eliminators, fan stacks, and associated piping and electrical connections. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Ensure all erection activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Operate and oversee the use of heavy lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts) safely and efficiently during the erection process. Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the erection phases to ensure proper alignment, secure connections, and overall structural integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the erection process. Supervise and guide a team of technicians and laborers, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols and work instructions. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed. Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience in the erection and installation of industrial cooling towers. Strong understanding of cooling tower components, their functions, and assembly procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications proficiently. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in industrial construction. Experience operating heavy machinery and lifting equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
