Service Assistant

Job Title: Service Executive – EOT Cranes Factory Location: Patilnagar,Chikhali Department: Service & Maintenance Experience: 1–3 years Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Service Executive to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service of EOT cranes and hoists at customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission EOT cranes, hoists, and associated equipment at client sites with team. Conduct routine maintenance and preventive service visits. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in cranes and hoists. Coordinate with clients for service schedules and provide timely service support. Maintain service records and prepare detailed reports post-visits. Educate customers on proper crane usage and basic maintenance procedures. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during fieldwork. Assist in warranty claims and support replacement/spare part processes. Report recurring issues and suggest product improvements based on field feedback. Key Skills & Competencies: Technical knowledge of EOT cranes, hoists, and control panels. Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and report writing. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in servicing material handling equipment is a plus. Knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, and crane safety systems will be an added advantage. Familiarity with tools like multimeters, megger testers, torque wrenches, etc Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,345.86 per month Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Eot crane sector : 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
