Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

GLOBAL SPS is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Service & Installation Engineer for our Core Cutting Machines Division. This role requires a mechanically inclined professional with basic electrical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving. The engineer will be responsible for machine assembly, maintenance, field troubleshooting, and attending customer service calls both onsite and offsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly, installation, and servicing of core cutting machines.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
• Handle mechanical troubleshooting and basic electrical diagnostics.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Maintain proper service documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with internal service teams and managers.
• Travel as required across India for installation and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Experience in industrial machinery servicing preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills; capable of handling mechanical overhauls.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in using service tools and instruments (e.g., multimeter, torque wrench).
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel frequently as part of service assignments.
