This role requires a mechanically inclined professional with basic electrical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving. The engineer will be responsible for machine assembly, maintenance, field troubleshooting, and attending customer service calls both onsite and offsite. Key Responsibilities Assembly, installation, and servicing of core cutting machines. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites. Handle mechanical troubleshooting and basic electrical diagnostics. Attend customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. Interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals. Maintain proper service documentation and reports. Coordinate with internal service teams and managers. Travel as required across India for installation and support. Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Experience in industrial machinery servicing preferred. Strong mechanical skills; capable of handling mechanical overhauls. Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
