This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Advisor located in Gaya and Jehanabad. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer-focused service and handling all aftersales activities. Key tasks include managing customer service interactions, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring the timely and efficient handling of customer needs. The Service Advisor will also address customer inquiries and concerns effectively to enhance the overall customer experience.
