Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation and Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for server solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand client business challenges and technical requirements to propose appropriate server solutions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's server products, services, and solutions (e.g., physical servers, virtual servers, cloud servers, storage solutions, networking components, operating systems, virtualization technologies, data center racks, PDUs, KVMs). Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value proposition of the server offerings. Explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and submit accurate and professional proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including technical support, pre-sales engineers, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings, sharing relevant insights with the team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with a significant focus on IT infrastructure, particularly server sales. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of server hardware components (CPUs, GPU, RAM, storage, networking). Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions). Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Excellent presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Resilience and the ability to handle objections and setbacks professionally. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
