Job Title: Waiter / Food & Beverage Service Associate

Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service to resort guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. You are expected to uphold the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve orders efficiently while following all service standards.
• Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, or feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant for service (mise en place).
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and resort SOPs.
• Support team members during busy hours and help maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, resort, or fine dining setup preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of wine and beverage service.
• Hospitality training or diploma is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
