Server and Cloud Administrator will be responsible to manage and optimize our hybrid IT

infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in On-Premise Active Directory

(AD), Azure AD, Windows Server (2012 to 2022), SCCM, Intune, VMware, and Citrix

VDI environments. You will be responsible for maintaining both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain On-Premise Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring robust

identity management, security, and synchronization across environments.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server 2012, 2016,

2019 and 2022 environments.

• Manage Group Policies (GPOs) to enforce security and compliance across the organization.
• Administer SCCM for OS imaging, software distribution, and patch management across the

enterprise.

• Manage Microsoft Intune for device management, endpoint security, and mobile device

management (MDM).

• Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments, including server provisioning,

performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.

• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), ensuring seamless

user experiences and resource optimization.

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server and cloud environments to ensure optimal

performance and availability.

• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for both on-prem and

cloud environments.

• Document infrastructure setups, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal

knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve server and cloud-related issues and

optimize infrastructure performance.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices, including server hardening,

patch management, and data protection.

• Stay current with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve, secure and

optimize the infrastructure.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in server and cloud administration with expertise in hybrid

environments.

Strong hands-on experience with

• On-Premise Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022
• PowerShell Scripts
• Group Policy management (GPOs)
• SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and OS imaging.
• Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management.
• VMware administration, including ESXi and vSphere.
• Citrix VDI setup, management, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and how they integrate with server and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backups and replication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Citrix Certified Expert (CCE), or equivalent.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of Office 365/Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud infrastructure management.
• Understanding of security best practices, including server hardening, patching, and data protection.
