1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
2. 6+ years of proven experience as a Networking and DevOps Engineer in the telecom and software industry
3. Familiarity with cloud technologies and architectures
4. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
5. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Ruby
6. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in telecom environments
7. Experience deploying network components in hybrid, cloud-native, and edge computing environments
8. Proficiency in AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Route 53, Compute Engine, Cloud VPN, DNS
9. Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies relevant to the telecom industry
10. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in both software and telecom infrastructure
11. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and knowledge of telecom services in a cloud environment
12. Nice to Have: Understanding of 3GPP standards, RAN Cloud, 4G/5G network integrations
13. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and optimization skills across infrastructure and network layers
14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams
15. Relevant certifications in DevOps, networking, and telecom technologies (e.g., Professional Cloud Engineer, CKA, etc.)
