Cloud Network Engineer

As a Cloud Network Engineer at ZS, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and ensuring the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. If you are seeking a dynamic firm where you can have an immediate impact, this role might be the perfect fit for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Network & Security administration involving products like Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, F5, Routers, Switches, and Zscaler. - Act as a subject matter expert in the Network & Security Domain. - Troubleshoot issues in the Network & Security Environment. - Review existing SOPs & technical runbooks and create new SOP documents/runbooks for innovative technologies/processes. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of various security methodologies, processes, and technical security solutions. - Proficiency in Next Generation Firewall, Web proxy, Cloud Proxy, F5 LTM, F5 WAF. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to present technical approaches or findings in both oral and written formats. - Strong self-motivation, relationship building skills, and awareness of latest technologies and trends. - Experience in using a ticketing system for ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
