Cloud Network Engineer

In the role of a Cloud Network Engineer with one of the US Based MNCs, located in Gurgaon, your responsibilities will include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5 to 8 years of experience, or a combination of both. - 5 to 8 years of experience in: - Co-location data center networking - Virtualized data center technologies such as Hyper-V networking - Wired and wireless data, voice, and video technologies - Enterprise local and wide area network design, including router and switch configuration, and troubleshooting network problems - Experience in using network monitoring, debug, and administration tools. - Familiarity with Azure concepts and cloud networking - Deep understanding of application integration and service stack running on virtualized compute platforms - Experience in working with firewall and load balancer configurations for presenting external access to single tenant applications - Proficiency with technologies including WAN Technology like MPLS, MetroE, CoS, SDWAN, ExpressRoute, Routing protocols like EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP/VRRP, VRF, route redistribution, EVPN, Routing Hardware such as Cisco ASR, ISR, Juniper MX, Switching technologies like Leaf/Spine Architecture, STP, PVST, RPVST, 802.1q, VLAN, VTP, OTV, VXLAN, CDP, LLDP, vPC, VDC, LACP, VSS, QoS, FCoE, NPV, Fast/Gigabit/10Gigabit Ethernet, PoE, Port Security, SPAN, Switching Hardware including Juniper, Cisco Catalyst and Nexus families, Cumulus, Ruckus, Firewall/Security concepts like Access lists, DMZ, NAT, PAT, VPN, IPSec, IPS, IDS, active/standby, Palo Alto Virtual Server, Palo Alto Wildfire, Palo Alto Panorama, Palo Alto UserID, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Azure NSG, Firewall Hardware such as Palo Alto, Load Balancing techniques like VIP, Pool, SSL Certificates, SNAT, F5 (iApp, iRules, custom health check, persistence), Load Balance Hardware like F5 Big-IP LTM, F5 vCMP, Wireless Hardware like Cisco WAPs, Cisco 5508 WLC, Ruckus/CommScope, Network Tools such as Python, SNMP, Netflow, Solarwinds Orion, Wireshark, syslog-ng, Visio, Network Services like SMTP, DNS, SSH, NTP, DHCP, RADIUS, LDAP, Cisco ACS, TACACS+, Active Directory, Operating Systems including Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, PAN-OS, Hyper-V, Junos, Apstra, Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
