Role & responsibilities A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 1-3 years of IT experience, particularly in roles involving desktop support and IT operations. Basic knowledge of desktop and network support, with a willingness to learn and grow in understanding technical requirements for IT operations. Familiarity with IT service management platforms like JIRA Service Desk is a plus.
