Title: Senior Network Engineer Location: Mumbai Job Purpose Statement: Senior Network Engineer that provides technical expertise for small to large complex customer environments. They act as technical subject matter experts for complex customer environments. Build customer relationships to understand unique customer needs and provide technical expertise and comprehensive understanding of customer environments. Key driver of the increased customer satisfaction and opens the door to new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of end-to-end implementation of solutions and achieve successful implementation within proposed project timelines. Implement complex solutions designed by solution engineers. Understand/discuss solution with customer and internal technical Teams. Build customer relationships to gain a deep understanding of business and technical requirements. Provide customers with technical guidance that is based on strong technical skills and informed by the customers needs. Act as tier 2 subject matter expert and assist for operational support staff of escalations. Communicate the customers needs and expectations to internal teams, assist in architecting solutions, documenting complex procedures, and planning maintenance activities. Act as an escalation point to lead troubleshooting and problem remediation activities. Help with technical documentation / process documentation creation for technical teams. Qualifications and Professional Membership: Graduation/Post Graduation in Any Specialization with 3 - 4 Years of Networking Experience Any one of the Cisco Certification CCNA/CCNP/CCIE etc... Technical Competencies (Experience and Knowledge): Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) LAN & WAN Infrastructure Wireless & Mobility Next-generation firewall, intrusion system Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Hyperconverged Infrastructure Unified Communication & Collaboration Skills and Behavioural Competencies: Team Player Quick Learner Initiative/Perseverance Good Communication Special Requirements: Ability to work in Flexible timings and extend if required
