Job Title: SerDes Post Silicon Validation Apprenticeship

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support post-silicon validation of SerDes IP through hands-on lab work and data analysis.
Conduct analog characterization of high-speed serial interfaces to ensure functionality and performance.
Assist in compliance testing for protocols such as PCIe, JESD, and Ethernet.
Operate lab equipment including BERTs, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers for signal integrity measurements.
Contribute to automation, documentation, and testing to accelerate project timelines and free up senior engineers for strategic tasks.

What You’ll Need:

Fresh graduate from the class of 2024 or 2025 with BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, VLSI, or equivalent field.
Not enrolled in any M-Tech program, postgraduate diploma, or employed in any full-time position.
Solid understanding of serial data link measurement techniques and signal integrity.
Familiarity with post-silicon (analog) validation and analog characterization of SerDes IP.
Exposure to high-speed protocols (PCIe, JESD, Ethernet) and compliance testing.
Hands-on experience or coursework with lab equipment such as BERTs, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers.
Programming experience in Matlab, C/C++, and Python; FPGA prototyping experience is a plus.
