Job Description:

Labhanya Technologies is looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage and scale SEO performance for multiple websites. This role requires deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and off-page strategies, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, up to date with Google algorithm changes, and capable of driving organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies
• Perform in-depth keyword research aligned with business goals
• Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema basics)
• Handle technical SEO: site audits, crawl issues, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed
• Develop and manage content SEO strategies in coordination with writers
• Execute and monitor off-page SEO & link-building strategies
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
• Work with developers to implement SEO fixes and improvements
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Strong command over on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or client projects
• Proven ability to improve organic rankings and traffic
• Must be comfortable with an office-based role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical & Tool Requirements:

• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• SEO tools: SEMrush / Ahrefs / Screaming Frog / Ubersuggest
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (basic)
• Page speed tools: PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix
• Understanding of schema markup & structured data (basic to intermediate)

Content & On-Page SEO Skills:

• Meta title & description optimization
• Content gap analysis and keyword mapping
• SEO-friendly URL structures
• Internal linking strategies
• Image optimization and alt text usage

Off-Page & Authority Building Skills:

• White-hat link-building strategies
• Guest posting & outreach
• Local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization – if applicable)
• Monitoring backlinks and handling toxic links

Preferred / Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with E-commerce SEO or B2B SEO
• Knowledge of international SEO (hreflang, geo-targeting)
• Basic understanding of CRO & UX principles
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
• Experience with content optimization using AI tools

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• SEO certifications are a plus
