Role Summary

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive Clini Launch Research Institute’s online visibility and traffic growth. The role focuses on building a strong presence on Google across India and key international markets, ensuring we appear prominently both nationally and in every target city/town. This person will set the strategy, manage execution through a small team, and deliver measurable growth in traffic and leads.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall strategy to improve the institute’s visibility on Google across India and target international regions.
• Strengthen our presence in cities and towns by creating and optimizing local pages and business listings.
• Work with content and brand teams to ensure all web assets are discoverable and rank well on search engines.
• Collaborate with design and marketing to repurpose and distribute content for broader reach.
• Oversee technical improvements such as site speed, mobile experience, and overall website performance.
• Build authority and trust through partnerships, mentions, and references from credible sites and platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of online listings, profiles, and directories across multiple geographies.
• Track performance metrics (traffic, leads, keyword rankings) and adjust strategies to hit growth targets.
• Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for expansion in new regions and industries.
• Lead and manage a team that executes day-to-day activities like listings, submissions, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in tech, product, and business teams to deliver long-term growth initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 4–6 years of experience in driving website visibility and organic growth, with proven results in India and international markets.
• Demonstrated success in scaling traffic and leads for businesses that depend on multi-city or multi-region presence (e.g., education, e-commerce, service platforms).
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of websites: site performance, crawlability, mobile-first design, and structured data.
• Hands-on expertise with leading tools for tracking rankings, performance, and competitor analysis.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members responsible for execution.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Preferred

• Experience in fast-scaling organizations with aggressive growth goals.
• Exposure to managing visibility across multiple countries or regions.
• Familiarity with digital PR, outreach campaigns, and partnership-driven growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
