Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website’s search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and building strong brand awareness across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and other KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Plan and execute social media strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers for campaigns and content planning.
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as needed to boost reach and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Generate monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in SEO and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and social media dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
