About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Search Optimization (SEO, AEO, GEO):
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini, focusing on
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
. - Apply
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
best practices by structuring content for zero-click searches and voice assistants. - Conduct in-depth keyword and intent research using NLP and AI-powered tools to gain predictive insights.
- Perform technical SEO audits to enhance site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to stay aligned with evolving search engine trends.
- Create and execute content strategies that adhere to

Social Media Optimization (SMO):
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create platform-specific campaigns and engaging creatives.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, track conversations, and identify emerging trends.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Measure KPIs and ROI for each platform, refining strategies for continuous performance improvement.
Emerging Tech & AI Integration:
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO for keyword research, content briefs, and SERP analysis.
- Optimize content for AI discoverability and visibility within large language models (LLMs).
- Contribute valuable data and insights to sources, communities, and forums frequently referenced by AI models to enhance brand authority.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTRs, conversions, and engagement rates.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports with actionable insights using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Present data-driven growth strategies and recommendations to leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, SMO, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) principles.
- Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and social media analytics platforms.
- Experience with schema markup, structured data, and entity-based SEO.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Up to date with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in SEO and social media marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with multilingual or e-Commerce SEO.
- Familiarity with content automation and AI-driven SEO workflows.
- Understanding of voice and visual search optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and social commerce strategies.
