SEO Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, etc.
• Assist in on-page SEO tasks such as meta tags, URL optimization, header tags, and internal linking.
• Support off-page SEO activities including backlink creation, directory submissions, and social bookmarking.
• Monitor and report website performance using Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
• Help in content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and websites.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to implement SEO strategies.
• Maintain SEO documentation, reports, and weekly performance updates.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
• Knowledge of keyword research tools.
• Understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console (basic level).
• Familiarity with content optimization, backlinks, and ranking factors.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress/website CMS (added advantage).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated with SEO trends.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1-month prior internship in SEO (mandatory).
• Digital Marketing Course must be completed (certificate preferred).
• Practical hands-on knowledge of basic SEO techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
