Job Description

About the Role


We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to manage and optimize both our customers’ websites on the NowFloats platform as well as our internal websites and mobile app. This role requires deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to resolve SEO-related issues and drive measurable growth in search rankings and organic traffic.


In addition, the role will also involve managing paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram—both for customer websites (to drive inorganic traffic) and for NowFloats’ own lead-generation campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—content, tech, product, and customer success—to implement SEO and paid marketing best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure continuous growth of our digital assets.

SEO Responsibilities:


  • Manage SEO performance across multiple customer websites, internal websites, and the NowFloats mobile app.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page optimization to maximize visibility and traffic.
  • Identify and resolve SEO issues (indexing, crawling, schema, mobile optimization, site speed, etc.).
  • Perform keyword research and develop strategies tailored to customer industries and internal digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute link-building and outreach activities to strengthen domain authority.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across websites and apps.
  • Work with content and marketing teams to drive SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices.


Growth Marketing Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram) to drive inorganic traffic to customer websites.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize NowFloats’ own paid lead-generation campaigns on Google and Facebook.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure alignment of paid campaigns with overall SEO and content strategies.

Stay updated with ad platform changes, targeting strategies, and digital advertising best practices.
