Job Description

Fillip Technologies Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and be passionate about improving website visibility, traffic, and rankings across major search engines.

This role requires hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, performance tracking, and continuous optimization based on analytics and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
• Execute link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Identify SEO issues and implement corrective actions
• Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and stay updated with industry trends
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Specialist
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
