Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, cold calling, and online platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
Generate leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential growth areas.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Contribute to marketing initiatives and participate in business development strategies to achieve company targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in the IT/software industry).
Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle clients from different regions (domestic and international).
Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead generation portals (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and MS Office.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
