SEO Executive

Job Title: SEO Executive (with Local SEO & Google Business Profile Expertise) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies: Plan and execute both on-page and off-page SEO campaigns to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings. Manage Google Business Profile (GBP) & Local SEO: Optimize business listings, ensure NAP consistency, manage reviews, and work on improving map pack rankings for better local search performance. Keyword research & SEO audits: Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular SEO audits to identify opportunities and areas of improvement. Link building & outreach: Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) methods such as guest posting, outreach campaigns, citation building, and broken link replacement. Performance tracking & reporting: Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated: Keep track of Google algorithm updates, new SEO trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and competitive. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. Link building expertise: Hands-on experience in planning and executing backlink campaigns, managing local citations, and improving domain authority through white-hat techniques. SEO tools proficiency: Knowledge of popular SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog for analysis, audits, and reporting. Technical SEO knowledge: Basic understanding of factors like site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, structured data, indexing, and crawling. Analytics skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console for monitoring and reporting performance. Soft skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and good verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
