Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing, etc.) Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails Maintain and update client database with accurate information Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads Handle basic client queries and provide service information Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (digital marketing or tech background preferred) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Fluency in [English / regional language, as required] Basic understanding of digital marketing services Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
