About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, site analysis, and content optimization to improve organic ranking and search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Uber suggest.
• Optimize website pages including titles, meta descriptions, URL structure, header tags, alt tags, and schema markup.
• Improve website architecture, internal linking, and page load speed.
• Optimize content for search intent and SERP features.

Off-Page SEO

• Develop backlink strategies including outreach, guest posting, broken link building, and citation building.
• Monitor backlink quality and take corrective actions against toxic links.
• Manage directory submissions, social bookmarking, and link partnerships.

Technical SEO

• Conduct regular website audits and fix crawl, indexing, robots.txt, XML sitemap, and canonical issues.
• Understand website performance, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical improvements.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and ROI metrics.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO with visible ranking and traffic improvement results.
• Strong understanding of Google Algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS platforms.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content writing and SEO-optimized blog/article creation.
• Knowledge of Google Ads & Social Media Marketing (bonus).
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and continuous learning mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
