Core Job Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimisation

• Execute advanced on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, content visibility, and organic traffic.
• Work directly on the

  WordPress backend

  to ensure best SEO practices are implemented across all pages and posts.
• Perform

  monthly SEO audits

  and maintain SEO health scores close to

  100%

  by resolving issues proactively.
• Conduct

  technical SEO audits

  : Work with the Development team to fix crawl errors, indexing issues, site structure, and mobile usability.
• Optimize internal and external linking structures for authority and navigation.
• Track and report SEO KPIs using

  Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Ubersuggest, Labrica,

  and other tools.
• Manage and optimize

  local SEO

  (Google Business Profiles, local citations) and

  Google Shopping listings.

• Monitor

  site speed, indexing issues, JavaScript conflicts, and plugins

  that impact crawlability and performance.
• Set up outreach strategies to acquire healthy, relevant links from industry websites.

Content Writing

• Write

  high-quality, SEO-focused blogs

  aligned with keyword strategy and content goals.
• Ensure blogs are

  published on time

  and optimized for both search engines and readers.
• Create and optimize

  all types of client content

  (blogs, web pages, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.) with a strong SEO focus.
• Provide

  SEO insights to guide content direction

  , suggesting new topics and optimization strategies.

Communication & Collaboration

• Demonstrate

  excellent spoken and written English skills

  (US customer-facing role).
• Collaborate closely with

  developers, designers, and content teams

  for seamless SEO and content execution.
• Proactively share performance updates, insights, and recommendations with internal teams and customers.
