SEO AND WED DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Web Developer & SEO Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of website development (frontend & backend) and a solid understanding of SEO principles to enhance site visibility and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities: Web Development

• Develop, update, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Work on front-end and back-end coding, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement website enhancements, landing pages, and plugins/integrations as needed.
• Ensure mobile-first and user-friendly design.

SEO Optimization

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve SERP rankings.
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix site issues (broken links, crawl errors, redirects, etc.).
• Manage meta tags, schema markup, alt attributes, and other technical elements.
• Analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Yoast SEO, SEMrush, etc.
• Basic understanding of website security, hosting, and DNS settings.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Google Analytics and/or SEO certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
