Responsibilities
  • Responsible for search ranking, keyword research, analysis, KPI’s & other optimization activities driving the brand’s traffic
  • Work with agency partner to provide recommendations to improve site rankings
  • Provide analysis and insights to optimize commerce pages and landing pages
  • Reporting on search KPIs and site performance
  • Work with product owners, marketing teams, commerce & others who own the pages to improve their performance on SERP
  • Research skills and attention to detail wrt to data from several search engines.
Qualifications
  • A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in SEO Analysis, Auditing & optimizing webpages, and websites
  • Search Intelligence & Trend Monitoring
  1. Use agency proprietary intelligence tools to track shifting search behaviors, brand visibility, and content gaps
  2. Analyze how client and competitor content performs in generative search environments (e.g., Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT search integrations, Perplexity)
  3. Monitor signals and search context across industries and audiences
  • Content & Channel Insights
  1. Partner with strategists and client account teams to identify content formats, structures, and metadata that align with AI search engine behaviors
  2. Recommend optimizations to increase discoverability, authority, and topical relevance
  • Audience & Cultural Analysis
  1. Build insight decks that explore target audience needs, questions, and search intent journeys
  2. Assist with message optimization based on how people seek information in an AI-powered search landscape
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & Java script would be an added advantage.
