Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly seasoned Senior WordPress Architect / Developer with extensive hands-on experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL, and large-scale e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of architecting, developing, and optimizing complex WordPress and WooCommerce solutions. You will play a key leadership role in guiding the team, improving development standards, and delivering secure, scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:WordPress & WooCommerce Architecture

• Architect, build, customize, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
• Develop advanced custom themes, plugins, and WooCommerce extensions.
• Lead the technical planning, scoping, and execution of large WordPress and e-commerce projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, third-party APIs, and e-commerce modules.
• Oversee code quality, structure, and best practices across all WordPress projects.

Advanced PHP Development

• Write high-quality, scalable, and reusable PHP code for complex business requirements.
• Customize, extend, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce functionalities using PHP.
• Improve backend logic, server-side integrations, and application architecture.

MySQL Database Management

• Design, model, and manage large-scale MySQL databases.
• Optimize queries and database structures for high-traffic websites.
• Handle database migrations, backups, performance tuning, and data integrity.
• Implement robust security practices for database and application layers.

E-Commerce Solutions Development

• Build and manage enterprise-grade WooCommerce stores with high transaction volume.
• Implement e-commerce functionalities including catalog management, checkout flows, order systems, and inventory management.
• Optimize website performance for conversions, speed, and customer experience.
• Integrate CRM, ERP, and other third-party systems as needed.

Optimization, Security & Compliance

• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, SEO, and high availability.
• Implement industry-leading WordPress security standards and vulnerability prevention.
• Conduct performance audits and security assessments.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, WordPress updates, and e-commerce trends.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding and architectural standards.
• Work with designers, product owners, and project managers to translate ideas into high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams for extensive testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Drive technical improvements and best practices across the development team.
