Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior WordPress Developer with minimum 5 years of experience in developing, customizing, and managing WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of WordPress architecture, plugin development, performance optimization, and modern web development practices. Key Responsibilities: · Design and develop websites on WordPress using themes/custom themes · Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into responsive, high-performance WordPress websites · Optimize website performance, speed, SEO and responsiveness across all devices and browsers · Manage third-party API integrations, payment gateways and CRM tools · Conduct regular site updates, backups, security audits and troubleshooting · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers and back-end developers · Stay updated on WordPress core updates, emerging web technologies and security best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: · Minimum 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development · Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery/React preferred) · Strong understanding of WordPress core, hooks, filters and REST API · Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) · Familiar with page builders like Elementor & Gutenberg · Proficiency in using tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and deployment workflows · Experience in optimizing for Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile responsiveness · Familiarity with SEO principles, schema markup and accessibility standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Please share your portfolio Link here Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 07/07/2025
