Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 35 years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in developer sales and business expansion. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong industry networks, and proven expertise in driving revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B partnerships, channel partners, and direct developer tie-ups. - Handle end-to-end sales processes including client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closing deals. - Manage and grow relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and channel partners. Generate and execute strategies to boost sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Conduct market research to track competitor activities, emerging trends, and potential new project opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional strategies and enhance brand visibility. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales pipelines, lead conversions, and revenue performance. - Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking platforms to build brand presence and relationships. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, especially with residential/commercial developers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive targets. Strong network within the real estate developer community is a plus. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
