As a Wedding Planner at our company, you will need to have a proven track record in planning and executing weddings, as this role is specifically for professionals with hands-on industry experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end wedding planning including vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-ground coordination - Utilize strong vendor network and negotiation skills effectively - Independently handle multiple events - Demonstrate excellent communication and client-handling skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a wedding planner or with a wedding planning company - Proven experience in managing end-to-end wedding planning - Strong vendor network and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple events independently - Excellent communication and client-handling skills Please Note: Freshers, interns, event management students, or candidates without direct wedding planning experience will not be considered.
