Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Wedding Planner. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of wedding planning and execution, from initial consultations with clients to creating detailed event timelines and overseeing on-site coordination. The Senior Wedding Planner will manage budgets, liaise with vendors, and ensure seamless execution of all logistics. The role also involves building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining A New Knot's standard of precision and elegance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and overall Planning skills
• Strong expertise in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of events
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to meet client needs and expectations
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and multi-day events with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in luxury or destination event planning preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
