Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and organised Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss wedding themes, budgets, and logistics.
• Develop and manage timelines and budgets for each event.
• Research and book venues, vendors, and services.
• Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Provide creative ideas and solutions to enhance the wedding experience.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and venues.
• Handle any issues that arise during planning or on the wedding day.
• Business Development for the company.
• Sales Target based.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in wedding or event planning.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
