Key Responsibilities

• Electron Feature Development

  – Design and implement functionality within an

  Electron-based, multi-process architecture

• Frontend Development with React

  – Build and optimize

  custom UI components

  (explorers, side panels, session managers) using

  React and TypeScript

  .

• Service Integration

  – Connect front-end components to backend APIs with

  clean, maintainable integration patterns

  .

• Session & Context Management

  – Develop mechanisms to handle

  multi-session editing

  , ensuring seamless developer workflows.

• Architecture & Modularity

  – Contribute to a

  layered architecture

  spanning browser, shared logic, and Electron main process.

• UX Customization

  – Adapt and extend existing components to align with

  real-world developer needs

  .

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  TypeScript and JavaScript

• Proven experience with

  React

  , including development of

  complex, custom components

• Solid understanding of

  Electron

  and multi-process architectures
• Background in

  modular application development

• Ability to navigate and contribute to

  large-scale codebases

• Strong knowledge of

  asynchronous programming

  and API-driven integrations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  VSCode architecture

  or building VSCode extensions
• Familiarity with

  VSCode APIs

  (TreeView, ViewContainers, WebviewPanels)
• Knowledge of

  IPC (Inter-Process Communication) protocols
