What You’ll Do

• Partner with creative and technical teams to deliver best-in-class, user-centric experiences.
• Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes across multiple device types.
• Translate UI/UX design concepts into production-ready code and components.
• Build and maintain interactive style guides and component libraries.
• Explore new technologies through research and applied innovation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and explain how solutions meet user and business goals.
• Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and the end-user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in

  HCI, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field

  .

• 3+ years

  experience in

  HTML5, CSS (SASS/LESS)

  , and

  Node.js

  .
• Hands-on with

  Grunt, Gulp, Webpack

  or other automation tools.

• 1–3 years

  working with accessibility (ADA/WCAG) compliance.
• Experience with

  React or Angular

  , and familiarity with

  Git / Subversion

  .
• Solid understanding of

  responsive design

  APIs

  REST

  , and

  CMS

  concepts.
• Strong design sensibility and portfolio of work that demonstrates technical craftsmanship.
