Job Role

We’re hiring a Senior Visual Designer (Creative Lead) to join our team full-time. This role is meant for someone who can take ownership of the visual direction across brands, while also collaborating closely with the Founder and Strategist to co-ideate campaign ideas, content formats, and brand narratives. You’ll be leading a small creative team — including a graphic designer and a videographer — and will be responsible for turning brand strategy into impactful design and content. This isn’t just about execution; it’s about vision, leadership, and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Visual Designer, you’ll co-develop content ideas and campaigns in collaboration with the strategist and founder, ensuring all creative output — whether graphic or video — is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and on-brand. You’ll oversee the design language for each brand, guide content direction across platforms, and review work produced by junior designers and editors. You’ll also offer constructive feedback, push creative boundaries where possible, and ensure consistency and high quality across all deliverables. Occasionally, you’ll be required to work hands-on to build concept boards, layouts, templates, or key visual assets. The ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution will be central to this role.

Tools You Should Know

We expect you to be fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects — and comfortable using Figma for layout design, templates, and visual systems. Experience with Canva is useful for fast-paced or collaborative content needs. You should also be confident in using Google Slides or Keynote to build creative presentations or pitch decks. Familiarity with motion graphics and platform-specific content formats (like Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts) will be an added advantage.

Skills & Experience Required

We’re looking for someone with 4–6 years of experience in branding, visual design, or digital content creation — ideally in an agency environment. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think in campaigns, adapt visual language across platforms, and create cohesive brand worlds. A strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and brand design is essential, along with a strategic understanding of how visuals support communication. You should also be comfortable leading small teams, offering feedback, and aligning creative work with larger brand or marketing goals.
