As a Senior Visual Designer at Flam, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality graphic assets and animations for our Enterprise Mixed Reality Product. Your creativity and knowledge of pop culture trends will contribute significantly to shaping the look, feel, and voice of the Flam brand and community during growth periods. Here are the details of your role: Responsibilities: - Create various content and libraries for the Product - Develop Visuals, Illustrations, Graphics for the app, media, etc - Strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines - Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to enhance customer experience - Maintain best design practices and guidelines to streamline production efforts - Produce creative assets for marketing activities across web, social media, events, email campaigns, and more - Turn ideas into visuals to effectively communicate our brand to users - Stay updated on the latest design trends to create compelling visuals for our brand Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience - Demonstrated excellence in graphic design and animation - Creative Agency background is a plus - Understanding of brand consistency - Hustler's attitude and a knack for visual storytelling - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools - Portfolio showcasing your aesthetic sense - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Motion graphics and photography skills are a bonus Join Flam as a Senior Visual Designer and unleash your creativity to make a meaningful impact on our Enterprise Mixed Reality Product.,
