Senior Visual Designer – E-commerce & Ethnic / Luxury Fashion

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 4–6 years in E-commerce Design (Luxury Segment Preferred)

We blend heritage with elegance, offering premium collections through both offline stores and a fast-growing online presence. As we scale our digital footprint, we're seeking a creative design expert to take charge of all our visual and UI assets across platforms.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Visual Designer with strong e-commerce and ethnic luxury fashion sensibility to lead and manage the entire design system for our brand. You’ll be responsible for everything visual — from our Shopify store to marketing creatives across platforms like WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.

Key Deliverables & Tasks:E-commerce Store Design (Shopify)

·        Own all visual design on the Shopify platform – homepage, product detail pages, landing pages.

·        Regularly refresh banners, sliders, and festive themes.

·        Ensure responsive layouts across desktop and mobile.

Campaign & Promotional Visuals

·        Create premium-quality banners and hero creatives for festivals, sales, and new launches.

·        Develop high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.

·        Align designs with campaign objectives.

Customer Communication Assets

·        Design responsive emailers for product drops, festive promotions, and newsletters.

·        Build WhatsApp campaign creatives optimized for mobile engagement.

·        Ensure templates are brand-consistent and conversion-focused.

Ad Creatives for Performance Marketing

·        Design variations for Meta, Google, and Instagram ads.

·        Focus on conversion-optimized creatives that deliver strong CTR.

Photo Editing & Retouching

·        Edit and enhance e-commerce product shoots and campaign imagery.

·        Maintain luxury fashion standards in output (fabric details, skin tones).

Brand Visual Identity Consistency

·        Maintain consistent use of colors, fonts, and design language across platforms.

·        Build and manage a design system / style guide for cross-team usage.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

·        Work closely with marketing & e-commerce teams to translate briefs into visuals.

·        Take end-to-end ownership of visual delivery, ensuring timeliness.

Short-Form Video Content

·        Design & edit reels, festive shorts, and ad clips for campaigns.

·        Ensure content is trendy, luxury-focused, and high-engagement.

UX/UI Optimization

·        Enhance Shopify navigation, product filters, and checkout flow.

·        Prioritize mobile-first experience and conversion improvements.

Data-Driven Design

·        Conduct A/B testing of creatives and page layouts.

·        Refine designs based on analytics (CTR, bounce rate, conversions).

Asset Library Management

·        Maintain a central repository of design templates and campaign assets.

·        Ensure easy access and reusability for the team.

Marketplace Creative Adaptation

·        Adapt visuals for Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, and other third-party fashion platforms.

·        Ensure compliance with platform-specific creative guidelines.

Omnichannel Visual Sync

·        Align offline promotions with online campaigns for consistent brand image.

·        Maintain uniform luxury identity across all touchpoints.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

·        4–6 years of design experience in e-commerce, especially in luxury fashion or ethnic wear.

·        Portfolio showcasing Shopify websites, emailers, ad creatives, and edited images.

·        Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.

·        Experience designing for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.

·        Excellent photo editing and retouching skills for fashion shoots.

·        Strong sense of design suited to luxury, festive, and ethnic fashion markets.

·        Experience with D2C fashion brands preferred.

·        Video editing skills preferred (short-form videos/reels).
