Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Visa Filling Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 8-13 years of hands-on experience in handling tourist and visitor visa applications and invitation letter coordination for major destinations including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Schengen countries, South Korea, and Japan . Key Responsibilities: Accurately complete and submit tourist/visitor visa applications for various countries as per the latest immigration rules and document requirements. Fetch and coordinate invitation letters from hosts, travel partners, or event organizers for visa support in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Schengen Zone, South Korea, and Japan. Ability to Fetch various type of Invitation for business trips or events. Prepare clients for visa appointments, biometric processes, and document verification. Stay updated with the latest visa policies, embassy/consulate updates, and checklist changes. Maintain client records with accuracy and handled queries with professionalism. Review and cross-check all documents to avoid rejections or delays. Liaise with internal counselors and external agents for smooth visa processing. Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8-13 years of experience in visa filing (mandatory). Strong knowledge of tourist/visitor visa processes for Australia, Canada, NZ, UK, Schengen, South Korea, and Japan . Proven track record in invitation letter handling and visa approvals . Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other language skills are a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and visa portals. Preferred Qualities: Ability to work independently with the supervision of a team. Excellent time management and multitasking ability. Strong client-handling and counselling mindset.
