Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor – Lead to head our video editing and post-production function. The ideal candidate will lead a small team of editors, oversee the complete post-production workflow, and ensure delivery of high-quality video content that aligns with brand objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, storytelling skills, and leadership ability to guide the creative process and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the video editing team and manage end-to-end post-production processes.

Edit and deliver high-quality video content for digital, broadcast, and social media platforms.

Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and bring concepts to life.

Provide creative direction on motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.

Establish and maintain a structured workflow for efficient editing and timely delivery.

Mentor and guide junior editors, ensuring skill development and consistency in quality.

Stay updated on the latest editing tools, techniques, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality control across all video deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2+ years of proven experience in video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and related editing/graphics software.

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing styles, and versatility across formats.

Experience in motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design is a plus.

Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual aesthetics.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
