Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Visualizer / Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and proven design expertise to lead and execute high-quality visual communication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for campaigns, branding, digital media, and print. This role requires both creativity and technical proficiency, along with the ability to guide junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, visualize, and design creative assets for branding, advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and print.
Translate client briefs into impactful visual ideas, layouts, and graphics.
Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and account managers to ensure design output aligns with client objectives.
Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality across projects.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh perspectives.
Oversee the execution of final artwork, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with video, digital, and production teams for integrated campaign execution.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and a range of design work across media.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design concepts to clients and internal teams.
Leadership qualities to mentor junior designers and drive creative excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
