Senior Video Editor

We Are Looking For:
A creative Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency) who can edit and produce engaging video content for multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, updated with trends, and have a strong portfolio of social media–friendly content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ad campaigns, and websites.
• Work on a variety of video formats – short-form, long-form, ads, corporate videos, event videos, brand films, testimonials, and product shoots.
• Add visual effects, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and sound to enhance the storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives.
• Repurpose and optimize content for different platforms and audiences.
• Stay on top of editing trends, social media formats, and viral content styles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized storage of raw footage, edited files, and backups.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D animation, and color grading is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of sound editing and mixing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing content needs and storytelling styles for different industries.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor (experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred).
• Strong portfolio of edited work showcasing versatility (social media content, ads, brand videos, etc.).
• Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
• Candidate must be based in Pune.
